Santa Rosa County, Florida, is seeking qualified contractors to provide products and services for the construction and installation of a Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) at Milton Interchange Park. The WWTP is intended to handle municipal wastewater from surrounding residential, commercial, and industrial developments, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The successful bidder will demonstrate competence, experience, and knowledge of wastewater treatment technologies, construction methods, and regulatory requirements. The scope of work involves various components for the construction and installation of the Wastewater Treatment Plant. The contractor shall provide the following services, at a minimum, as part of the project. These services include site preparation, civil/site work, installation of all the required mechanical systems, instrumentation and controls, treatment systems, effluent systems, and disposal systems, and the construction of the support facilities, including the maintenance and administration facilities. Bonds required.
