The project involves providing all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and operations for the construction, handling, transport, and deployment of artificial reef materials in the Gulf of Mexico, as outlined in Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Agreement (FWC) No. #21366. This project will be funded using Natural Resources Damages Assessment (NRDA) funds and is intended for restoration of natural resources and loss of human use due to the Deepwater Horizon Oil Spill.
