Contractor shall supply, deliver, and install a complete roof replacement at the Jacaranda water treatment plant administration building located at 1546 Indian Hills Blvd., Venice, FL 34293. The existing Loadmaster roofing system was damaged due to Hurricane Milton. The roof is currently temporarily tarped to prevent additional damage. The Grant Funded Procurement Terms and Conditions, attached hereto as Attachment A, are hereby incorporated and made a part of this Scope of Services. Refer to Attachments B – Roofing Damage Pictures, C – Original Roofing Plans, and D – Site Plan for information on the existing roof structure.
