Contractor shall provide right-of-way (ROW) landscape bed maintenance services for the County, which includes, but is not limited to: maintenance of shrubs, hedges, ground covers, smaller ornamental trees, palms, annual and perennial plants within right-of-way landscape beds; as well as maintenance of adjacent paver/concrete border areas and along fences and wall lines for weed and sod control. Attachment A - Typical Maintenance Areas, illustrates and is representative of typical areas to be maintained. Bonds required.
