A. Contractor shall rebuild the open-air pole barn structure and roof over the adjacent block building with more durable material and structural choices. (See Attachments A and B.) B. Contractor shall perform all necessary tasks to construct this replacement structure based on the concept drawings provided. (See Mitigation Plan in Attachment B.) As the project will be funded through Federal Emergency Management Agency as mitigation work, the materials and structural details may change while the physical location and size will need to remain relatively the same.
