City of Altamonte Springs desires to secure the services of a qualified Florida licensed certified General Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and incidentals for the construction of the Motor Control Center Rehabilitation in the Press Building, which is located on the east side of the Altamonte Springs Regional Water Reclamation Facility (ASRWRF). The Work to be performed under this contract includes the necessary renovations to accommodate the Motor Control Center in the Press Building.
