The Building Official and support services are responsible for the regulatory administration and supervision of plan review, enforcement, and inspection of building construction to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal codes in conjunction with the City building safety staff, as per the Scope of Services. It is anticipated an Agreement will be awarded for a period of three (3) years that may be extended at the option of the City for two (2) additional one (1) year terms. Total contract length, including all renewals shall not exceed five (5) years. Bonds required.
