The City of St. Augustine is soliciting Letters of Interest from qualified Architectural and Engineering firms to perform and participate in a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) delivery method from pre-design, design, permit and construction of a minimum modern three (3) bay fire station located on Anastasia Island. The City has selected a site for the fire station and included a conceptual plan in the solicitation. The firm is expected to be knowledgeable in the CMAR delivery method and have a good record of completing projects utilizing this method.
