The purpose of this RFQ is to solicit Qualifications from Respondents, who are licensed to perform all necessary services to complete the design of the Design of SJC Sheriff’s Office Administration Building in St. Johns County, in accordance with Section 287.055, Florida Statutes. The intent of the County is to select the most qualified Respondent, based upon evaluation of submitted Qualifications and presentations/interviews with shortlisted Respondents, for the purposes of negotiating and awarding a contract for completion of the Services.
