The District’s Palm Bay Service Center is located at 525 Community College Parkway SE in Palm Bay, Florida. The Palm Bay Public Works building includes two multi-user restrooms with shower areas that were built in 2000 and are showing significant signs of wear and tear, including deteriorated grout, tiles and fixtures that are all in need of replacement. The selected Contractor shall provide and furnish all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment necessary to renovate these restrooms as described in the attached Statement of Work (Attachment A).
