Contractor shall perform the services set forth in the attached Competitive Solicitation RFP-25-063 and in the Contractor’s Solicitation Response, all of which are incorporated herein, to replace seven (7) HVAC units in Vaill Hall on the FSDB campus, to include all plumbing, insulation, valves, electrical, and must be compatible with Honeywell HVAC system controls. Each replaced unit must be completely removed and disposed of by the vendor.
