The construction for the Project will include, but is not limited, to the following: 1. Roadway / Drainage a. The existing drainage system must be fully removed and replaced except as noted in the Concept Plans attached to this RFQ as Exhibit A. b. All pipes shall be reinforced concrete pipe (RCP). c. The cross drain for NSLRWCD C-22 is to remain in place. d. All existing drainage patterns and off-site flows must be maintained/accommodated. e. Pond expansion adjacent to NSLRWCD C-23. 2. Signing and Pavement Markings a. All signs within the Project limits must be replaced. b. All existing pavement markings in conflict with final design shall be removed and harmonized. c. Final pavement markings must be thermoplastic. 3. Responsibility for all permits. The Design-Builder should also note that: 1. Port St. Lucie Utilities are located on the south side of Easy Street while St. Lucie County Utilities are located on the north side of Easy Street. 2. Power, communications, and other utilities are located within the right-of-way or adjacent to the right-of-way. The County will provide more detail on the design and construction of the Project in its Design Criteria Package, which shall be provided to the shortlisted proposers at the RFP stage of this procurement.
