The Villages Community Development Districts are requesting bids for the PLC Replacement Program Phase 2 Work. Qualified firms wishing to respond for “ITB #24B-044 PLC Replacement Program Phase 2 Work” must provide all equipment, labor and materials described in this document, whether directly or through sub-contractors/sub-consultants. This does not, however, limit the use of subcontractors or subconsultants. The intent of this ITB is to procure a qualified, professional licensed Contractor that has completed at least five control panel installation or upgrade projects within the last 5 years and has 8 years of overall experience performing PLC/PAC control panel upgrades or installation of new PLC/PAC control panels. This project phase of work includes, but is not limited to; engineering and submittals, PLC & OIT programming, hardware and software factory acceptance testing, replacement of four (4) existing PLC panels, four (4) existing PLC backplate panels, electrical conduit and cable installation, field testing, commissioning, and training within the existing water, wastewater, and remote facilities. Bonds required.
