The County of Volusia, Public Works, Engineering & Construction is seeking a single, responsive and responsible bidder for the construction of Briggs Drive Riverfront Pier Replacement located at 2488 John Anderson Drive, Ormond Beach, Florida. The work includes the demolition and removal of the existing approx. 15 ft W x 20 ft. L Briggs Drive timber fishing pier in its entirety including but not limited to deck, rails, superstructure, and pilings. The lowest responsive and responsible bidder shall be responsible for all applicable permitting, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, services, and incidentals necessary to complete all Work required by the specifications and as shown on the drawings. Bonds required.
