The general scope of the work is: a. Low-slope roof areas, perform miscellaneous repairs and apply a new modified bitumen cap-over system to the existing modified bitumen membrane system with a torch applied modified bitumen cap sheet. 1) Existing coping caps are to remain. b. Steep-slope roof areas, replace the concrete tile with new concrete tile. All construction is assumed to not contain asbestos based on the age of the original building and roof system. 1) Apply and anchor a new nailable sheathing. 2) Replace existing gutters and downspouts. Bonds required.
