The two City-owned buildings related to this project include: A. Live Oak Cultural Center, located at 1050 Live Oak Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168 B. Coronado Civic Center, located at 150 N. Pine Street, New Smyrna Beach, Florida 32168 The number of projects to be awarded will be determined by the availability of funding. The City makes no covenant or promise as to the number of available projects or that the awarded firm will perform during the life of the basic contract. Prevailing wages.
