Provide T&D Vegetation Management Services as outlined in NSBU Maintenance Document VegMgmt.001 Rev 1 date 6/24/24 and scheduled per the attached T&D Planned Full and Mid-Cycle Trimming Details (see attachments) In addition to the above, the following SPECIAL PROVISION shall be required: 1) Emergency and Storm Support shall be provided, as needed, throughout each fiscal year. Contractor shall provide a copy of their Storm Emergency Procedures for review 2) Capital Improvement Project Vegetation Management – the NSBU may request project specific pricing for planned work. Contractor will be required to provide a quote for the work and obtain approval from the Project Manager prior to work commencing. 3) Staffing a. At least one general foreman shall accompany and manage all Vendor crews and personnel b. General Foreman shall be on-site a minimum of 40 hours per week
