The City of Daytona Beach Shores is accepting bids for Dune Walkover Restoration at the Tuscany Shores public pedestrian beach access located at 2901 S. Atlantic Avenue in the City of Daytona Beach Shores. Contractor shall begin the job within 30 days of acceptance of this contract, unless prohibited by the Florida Department of Environmental Regulation and/or Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission sea turtle nesting regulations. If construction is prohibited during Sea Turtle Nesting Season, work shall commence on November 1, 2024, and be completed within 150 days. Bonds required.
