The Facility Program Management Division of the Boise City Public Works Department is soliciting statement of qualifications from experienced Firms who can adequately demonstrate the resources, experience and qualifications to provide Architectural, Engineering, and Construction Administration Services for the Lowell Pool project. Services are anticipated to include design development and final design, construction documents, and assistance during the bidding and construction phases. Construction is anticipated to be completed via a construction manager / general contractor approach.
