Description Project consists of removal of the existing front entry doors, windows and 33 feet of the metal grilles along with the front steps, ramp and landscaping on the west side of the former Civic Auditorium to make room for an approximately 5,000 square foot lobby expansion with public restrooms and information desk to allow for the lobby to handle crowds for the performances. The project includes remodeling the existing lobby to accommodate the new balconies. The existing mezzanine will get new restrooms. The building will consist of masonry and stone exterior with aluminum column fins, steel framing, insulated roofing, glazing, curtain wall entrance systems including concrete foundations, terrazzo flooring, complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, security and information technology systems. Exterior stairs, ramps and landscaping will be replaced Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
