The City Idaho Falls (the “City”) and the Idaho Falls Regional Airport (IFRA) are seeking qualified and experienced respondents—specifically parking equipment manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers in revenue tracking and collection/reporting to submit proposals for providing parking and revenue control equipment and related services at the Idaho Falls Regional Airport. This project involves the replacement and ongoing maintenance of the Parking and Access Revenue Control System (PARCS). Please note that the airport staff manages the parking operation directly, and any proposals involving third-party operators for general parking management services will not be considered.
