The base bid includes 4th Street from Harrison Ave to 1-90, Harrison Ave from 3rd Street to 4th Street, 3rd Street from Spokane Ave to Harrison Ave, and Kathleen Ave from approximately 700' east of Atlas Road to approximately 180' west of Ramsey Road. The bid alternate includes 3rd Street from 1-90 to Annie Ave. Work also includes traffic control, sweeping, utility adjustments, and temporary pavement markings. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
