Determine the most suitable location above the canyon rim to design a wastewater control structure along the existing Grandview wastewater trunk line. This structure will facilitate the connection of a new redundant drop line and enable the control of wastewater flow between the existing and new drop lines.  Design a new wastewater drop line with a capacity equal to or greater than the existing 24- inch HDPE drop line for the Grandview wastewater trunk line. Include design, site assessments to identify the optimal route, detailed construction methods for conveyance, pipe installation, backfilling, and site restoration.  Identify and create a detailed design for an energy dissipation box for the new wastewater drop line. The design should facilitate a seamless and efficient connection, ensuring that the energy dissipation box integrates smoothly with the existing infrastructure, enabling a reliable connection to the wastewater treatment plant. Consideration should be given to the hydraulic performance and structural integrity of the energy dissipation box to manage the flow effectively.  While designing the project, consider its overall impact on the system, ways to enhance airflow in the sewer trunklines, and any potential odors that may arise that should be addressed.
