This project consists of patching, milling 1-1/2”, and resurfacing with 1-1/4” binder course and 1- 1/2” surface course. South of IL 127, the existing 1’ HMA safety shoulders will be replaced with 5’ HMA shoulders on both sides of the road in addition to guardrail replacement for SN 002-0030. Rumble strips will be added to the centerline and shoulders for the entire project. DBE 8%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
