This is a parking lot improvement project, and the work to be performed under this contract consists of pavement removal, drainage structure to be cleaned, placement of subbase granular material, placement of hot-mix asphalt binder course and surface course, placement of thermoplastic pavement markings, and resurfacing of the Bridge Maintenance Yard driveway, along with all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the improvement as shown on the plans and described herein.
