The work consists of installing a new 6-foot sidewalk along the south side of McDermott Drive between Wolf Road and the detention pond, along the west side of Morris Avenue between the detention pond and St. Charles Road, and around the detention pond. Furthermore, intermittent removal and replacement of sidewalk and curb & gutter; hot-mix asphalt surface removal, incidental hot-mix asphalt surface, installation of a 4’ safety fence, restoring parkways with topsoil and sod, as well as all collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown in the plans and described herein. DBE 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
