This is a design overlay and SMART overlay project in which the work to be performed under this contract includes hot-mix asphalt removal, pavement patching, resurfacing with hot-mix asphalt, drainage structures adjustment and cleaning, placement of pavement markings, installation of raised reflective pavement markers, ADA ramps, pedestrian signals, detector loops, and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on the plans and described therein. The existing pavement is hot-mix asphalt pavement. DBE 12%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
