The work on this project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for repairing or replacing any guardrail and fence at locations designated by the District Four Office of Safety and Claims or District Four Bureau of Operations. Scope of Work: This work consists of removing guardrail and/or fence and components and replacing with new material in accordance with the plans, standard specifications, and as specified herein. The Contractor is hereby informed and shall understand that the locations of the steel plate beam guardrail or fence to be repaired or replaced will be determined by the Engineers. The intent of this contract is to repair damaged guardrail or fence from traffic accidents on various state-maintained highways and replace guardrail or fence at locations designed by the District Four Bureau of Operations. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
