Also included in this project, but to be performed by others, is the installation of pedestrian gates, extension of UP and KCS crossing surface, and adjustment of fencing. The “Agreement for Railway-Highway Grade Crossing Improvements” and “Addendum to the Agreement for Railway-Highway Grade Crossing Improvements”, which are included in Appendix A, describe the work that is to be performed by the Railroad. DBE 20%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
