This work consists of removing the existing 1-span, prestressed concrete deck beam bridge (SN 056-3034) and replacing it with a new Single-Cell Three-Sided precast structure. The approach pavement will be removed and new approach pavement and pavement over the three-sided structure will be constructed which shall include placement of embankments, HMA roadway and shoulder construction, HMA milling and resurfacing, landscaping and all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project as shown on plans and as described herein. DBE 10%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
