The Project includes design build services to complete a comprehensive Terminal Modernization Program aimed at significantly enhancing passenger experience and operational efficiency. Key improvements include the complete overhaul of the Baggage Handling System to a state-of-the-art Individual Carrier System (contracted separately), expanded ticketing hall and check-in processing areas, increased Security Screening Checkpoint capacity, and modernized restrooms throughout the Main Terminal and Concourses. Additionally, the Elevate CVG Program will enhance vertical circulation with new elevators in Concourses A and B, upgrade the Federal Inspection Services Facility, and implement cohesive signage and wayfinding solutions across the airport. These enhancements aim to provide a seamless and efficient journey for all passengers while accommodating future growth and demands.
