HANO is seeking proposals from an Architectural/Engineering firm for building renovations at the HANO property located at 821 Washington Avenue, New Orleans, LA 70130 Under this contract, the Architect/Engineering firm will identify preemptively required corrective replacement of the windows, repair or replacement of roofing, ADA modifications to two (2) units and all common areas, reconfiguration of Unit 203 for egress, installation of stove anti-tip devices, tuckpointing, sidewalk concrete, miscellaneous plumbing and electrical modifications as needed.
