Total Small Business Set-Aside, 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Houma-Agronomy greenhouse: Repair the top vent by removing damaged opening mechanism from greenhouse panels and re-align all structural members. Replace 5 screens and replace 50 glass panels with 5mm polycarbonate panels. Main building: Remove fallen equipment on handicap access ramp and repair damaged handicap railing on ramp (A). Repair damaged roof shingles and replace missing ones. Estimated 200ft2 of roofing. Replace damaged awning above fire escape (B). Repair the fume hood vent hole in the roof (B). Repair all dormer damage (B). Repair all four (4) A/C vents and strengthen supports in roof/dormer area (B). Replace destroyed laboratory window with same type of window (C). Repair approximately 100’ of gutter lining (D). Building 25 siding: Replace siding on the one side of the building that was damaged.League building screen door: Replace damaged screen doors. Schriever Ardoyne Farm - Crossing house: Repair all roof leaks due to warping of the structural members and vent operating mechanisms. Replace the warped framing on the side vents, re-align all panels, and install new mechanical hinges on all framing to support the side vents operation. Pump station repair: Main pump damaged because of overheating in pumping operations required during hurricane event. Replace bearings and impellor as required and return to service fully repaired. Repair Crossing Station Bulkhead: Crossing station suffered severe washout and needs complete rebuilding to endure safe operation of pumping equipment as well as access to second pump station down channel. Install grate to stop debris from entering the suction side after the site is excavated and rebuilt. Currently a safety and health issue due to severity of washout around station and requirement for Lab motorized equipment to traverse the installation. Repair Weather Stripping on Headhouse: Replace approximately 50 ft2 damaged stripping on Headhouse. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
