Roof Replacement at Northeast Middle School #049 for Baltimore City Public Schools. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: Removal of existing roofing system complete with miscellaneous equipment, curbs, roof drains, coping and flashing. New work includes, but is not limited to, installation of a new membrane roofing system with tapered insulation, roof curbs, roof hatch, roof ladders, coping, edge flashing, expansion joints, guardrails; new roof drains, scuppers and exhaust fans; reinstallation of rooftop fans; lightning protection and other work indicated in the Contract Documents. New work includes raising the existing dunnage platform to clear the new roofing profile. MBE goal 26%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
