The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: Windows and Exterior Doors Replacement consists of removal of existing units and installation of new aluminum windows, storefront exterior doors and FRP doors and frames. Scope of Work further includes verification of working condition and installation onto the new storefront units; installation of storefront screens; cleaning the brick façade; coating underside of exterior canopies; electrical work associated with entrance doors replacement and other scope items as indicated, including installation of DAS Equipment to serve the Prep School and the Recreation Center.
