The Housing Authority of Baltimore City is accepting bids for Snow/Ice Removal at Six-seven (67) Scattered Site Addresses. Scope: Prevent accumulation: Ensure paved areas are safe for vehicle or pedestrian traffic. Ensure areas have adequate de-icing materials for the condition. Absolutely no rock salt is to be used on any surface. Only calcium chloride is to be used. The vendor must check in with the Scattered Sites Supervisor or her designee prior to the commencement of any work.
