The contract is for the provision of all materials, labor, and supervision required to provide maintenance, repair, testing, emergency calls, and related services for full-service elevators and chair/platform lifts at Baltimore County facilities, including but not limited to Administration, Aging, Safety, Courts, and Detention Center. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, supplies, incidentals, and other expenses necessary to provide full service and preventive maintenance services, and repairs of every description, including regular routine maintenance, inspections, all safety tests, including assistance with smoke and fire, emergency power testing required per State of Maryland Safety Code and AHJ adjustments, replacement of parts, and all necessary cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments to all components for elevators wheelchair lifts and dumbwaiters, at various Baltimore County-owned and/or operated facilities. MBE goal 23%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
