The Caroline County Department of Public Works is seeking quotes for a General Service Maintenance contract on our inventory of thirty (30) overhead doors, including two (2) automatic gates, within our County buildings and facilities. This will include: Inspect Panel Condition, Balance, Cables, Rollers, Hinges, and Weather Strip; Inspect Opener Tension, Gears, Carriage and Rail, and Limits; Lubricate All Moving Parts; Test Safeties; Must be able to respond within 24 hours of notification.
