The County Commissioners of Carroll County wish to receive Bids from qualified firms for Storm Pipeline CCTV and Evaluation services. The work primarily consists of CCTV inspection, evaluation condition and recommend repairing with CIPP lining, Grout lining, or replacement. All required maintenance of traffic measures necessary for any work performed under this Contract shall be provided by the Contractor. All bidders must be pre-qualified by the Carroll County Department of Public Works prior to bid opening. Bonds required.
