Sealed proposals for construction of the Westview Drive Water Main Replacement will be received by the City of Taneytown. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to replace approximately 2,700 linear feet of 6” cast iron water main with 8” ductile iron pipe, including site preparation, hydrant and valve replacement, connection to the existing system, installation of temporary water service, replacement of 19 water services, restoration, curb-to-curb pavement mill & overlay, and erosion & sediment control. The work is located within the City of Taneytown.
