Work includes, but is not limited to: sealant removal and replacement (cove, T to T, perimeter column, precast coping, and urethane), rail shoe repair, rail spall at anchor plate repair, stucco wall removal and replacement, stitch repairs, full system top deck coating and extension of coating down ramps, and concrete repairs. Bonds required.
