The City of Frederick seeks to retain a Contractor(s) for general rehabilitation, weatherization, and HVAC work coordinated through the Department of Housing and Human Services. As weatherization conservation services are required, the City will solicit Request for Quotations (RFQ) from the firms, outlining the scope of work and schedule restraints. The contractor shall submit quotations based on the pricing they have submitted. Bidders may bid on general items only, weatherization items only, HVAC items only, or all three. Bonds required.
