The Board of County Commissioners of Garrett County, Maryland will accept sealed bids for the construction of a one (1) million-gallon precast, post-tensioned concrete circular water storage tank as specified to serve the Deep Creek Lake Water System and to be located on Marsh Hill (Wisp Mountain) in McHenry, Maryland. The work under this contract includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: sitework; erosion and sediment control; stormwater management; 900 linear feet or 12-inch and 100 linear feet of 6-inch waterline; tank work including foundation system, roof, mixing system, drain, access hatch and ladder and disinfection; and miscellaneous appurtenances, including valves and fire hydrants. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
