Harford County is accepting bids for the Jarrettsville Activity Center Trail. This project will consist of installing a walking trail around the future Jarrettsville Activity Center site/ Preston Property. The Contractor shall furnish all materials and labor, equipment, tools, supervision and other facilities and services, as required for the construction of a 10’ wide trail, parking lot, erosion and sediment controls, stormwater management facilities, landscaping, pavers, and other incidentals necessary to complete the scope of the project. Bonds required.
