Howard County intends to procure the services of a construction firm to perform construction of Phase 1 of field renovations at Centennial Park West. The project may include, but is not limited to, demolition and disposal of existing site features and amenities, concrete sidewalks, asphalt trails, sanitary sewer installation, water line relocation, drainage features, stormwater management features, site furnishings, fencing, landscaping. The Electrical work, including sports field lighting, is not included in this bid and will be performed by a separate contractor hired directly by Howard County Rec & Parks. The artificial turf installation, above the #2 stone level shown in the site details, will be performed by a separate contractor hired directly by Howard County Rec & Parks. All work shown on the plans outside of those exceptions stated above will be the responsibility of the selected contractor, including SWM under the fields and the fencing and curb around the fields. The selected Construction firm will be required to coordinate with the Electrical contractor and Artificial Turf Contractor for site access, artificial turf field elevation coordination, schedule coordination and other items typically expected during construction. Bonds required.
