Howard County, Maryland seeks a qualified firm to furnish services for the construction (including the provision of all required labor, equipment, and materials) of environmental restoration projects as part of Howard County’s Capital Improvement Program. Typical environmental restoration projects may include but are not limited to retrofit, conversion or repair of existing stormwater management facilities, new water quality best management practices, stream restorations, stream bank repairs, and riparian buffer plantings. These services are to be performed principally for the Stormwater Management Division of the Bureau of Environmental Services, Department of Public Works, Howard County, Maryland. Bonds required.
