The City of Gaithersburg is seeking proposals for the stormwater management infrastructure repair commonly called, ‘Lake Walker Outfall Repair’ located adjacent to 24 Montgomery Village Avenue downstream of Lakeforest Mall property. The successful Offeror shall: • Remove and dispose of existing segments of collapsed outfall from plunge pool; • Replace outfall segments and headwall; • Stabilize dam embankment; and • Minimize property impacts and disturbance. Bonds required.
