The Maryland Environmental Service (Service or MES) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) from qualified firms to provide various stormwater remediation and stormwater management activities in support of various projects from Maryland State Highway Administration (SHA). The work covered by this Solicitation could include clearing, grading, landscaping and structural repairs to stormwater management facilities, storm drain systems, outfall structures, embankments of roadways and ponds, and streams or other similar fieldwork. Work will be within the Central Region of the State of Maryland, within SHA Districts 3, 4, 5 and 7 (Frederick, Carroll, Howard, Montgomery, Prince Georges, Charles, St. Mary’s, Calvert, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Baltimore City, and Harford Counties) when requested. All work will be completed in compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines. MBE goal 29%. Bonds required.
