This project involves individual work assignments for the installation, modification and/or reconstruction of new or existing traffic signals on interstate, state and local roads. Assignments may include the installation of signal structures, controller cabinets, UPS, LED signals indications, Accessible Pedestrian Signals (APS), Countdown Pedestrian Signals (CPS), ADA ramp and sidewalk upgrades, intersection lighting, signs, cameras and/or loops for detection, minor geometrics, pavement markings and miscellaneous traffic control devices within District 1 and 2 which consists of Cecil, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Caroline, Talbot, Dorchester, Wicomico, Somerset, and Worchester Counties. All locations for this contract will be identified after the project is awarded. Each task will indicate the scope, limit of work, the estimated quantities, and completion duration limits. DBE goal 18%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
