St. Mary’s County Government (County), Office of Procurement is soliciting competitive bids for Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning (HVAC) maintenance, repair, modifications and improvement services at various St. Mary’s County Facilities. This Contract will be based on time and materials in HVAC repair, modifications and improvements consisting of all labor, materials, hand tools and equipment required to complete the job. Pricing for HVAC Services shall be inclusive of all fees, surcharges and costs associated with arriving at sites, providing clean-up, hauling and proper disposal of waste at permitted sites.
